What do I do if I'm running late for pickup?

  • If you're running late to pick up a route, you can reach out to Driver Support via the Help section of the app to request a reschedule; however, please keep in mind that reschedules are not guaranteed. 
  • If a route is rescheduled less than one hour before the end of the arrival window, it will impact your Arrival Reliability stat. If a reschedule is not possible, you will be released from the route. If you're released less than 1 hour from the start of the arrival window, this will impact your Claim Reliability stat. 
  • Experienced drivers suggest reviewing claimed routes ahead of time so you know when to head to the sortation center. To ensure operational success, drivers who arrive late to the sortation center may be removed from the route.
